Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my work. Each piece is a unique, signed, and numbered limited-edition artwork, meticulously printed on museum-grade, acid-free paper. To ensure the integrity of your collection and my artistic practice, please review the following policy:

14-Day Damaged or Incorrect Item Policy
I take great care in packaging every order in sturdy, protective tubes. However, if your artwork arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at [jguang076@gmail.com] with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. I will offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Change-of-Mind Returns
As each artwork is a personalized, limited-edition piece, change-of-mind returns are not encouraged. However, if you wish to return an undamaged item, you must contact me within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in perfect, resalable condition.

· Important: For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Given international shipping rates, return fees can be significant (often exceeding $50 USD).
· Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom commissions, original paintings, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
