Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting my art. I aim to deliver your artwork safely and with the utmost care.

Processing Time
Each print is made to order, meticulously checked, and prepared for shipment. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before dispatch.

Shipping & Packaging
To ensure the artwork arrives safely, all limited-edition prints are carefully wrapped in acid-free protective tissue and shipped inside sturdy, heavy-duty hard tubes.

· Due to the fragile nature of fine art paper, we use premium, tracked international courier services.
· Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

Shipping Rates
A flat, calculated shipping fee will be applied at checkout based on your location. We do not mark up shipping fees.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office prior to purchasing to avoid any unforeseen fees.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact me immediately at [jguang076@gmail.com] with photos/videos of the damaged packaging and artwork within 14 days. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, I will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.
